Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst / Personalization Specialist to join our Data & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background with proven experience in campaign measurement, customer segmentation, and personalization. You will play a key role in shaping our data-driven marketing strategies and improving customer engagement through targeted campaigns and A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of marketing and personalization strategies.

• Perform deep-dive analysis on customer segmentation and campaign performance.

• Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to refine targeting strategies based on data insights.

• Analyze large datasets using SQL and Excel to uncover actionable insights.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.

• Leverage data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), and Google Analytics to support personalization initiatives.

• Provide clear reports and recommendations to stakeholders based on analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or a similar role.

• Strong expertise in SQL and Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with A/B testing , campaign tracking, and performance evaluation.

• Proven experience working with CRM data and segmentation strategies.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI .

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and MCP is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics for web and campaign data insights.
