With a commitment to long-term success, they empower clients and society to move confidently into the digital future.About the Role:Palantir LeadSenior Developer Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Palantir Lead Senior Developer to drive the design development and implementation of data solutions using Palantir Foundry The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Palantir platform capabilities data engineering and solution architecture with a proven track record of leading complex projects and mentoring technical teamsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the endtoend delivery of Palantir Foundry solutions including data integration transformation ontology modelling and workshop developmentCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutionsArchitect and implement robust data pipelines workflows and validation frameworks within Palantir FoundryOptimize data models and workflows for performance scalability and maintainabilityGuide and mentor junior developers providing technical leadership and best practicesIntegrate Palantir with external systems eg Snowflake APIs and ensure seamless data exchangeTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data ingestion transformation and governanceEnsure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standardsDocument solution designs processes and technical decisionsRequired Skills Experience- 8 years of experience in data engineering or analytics with at least 5 years on Palantir Foundry - Strong proficiency in Python SQL and data pipeline development - Experience with ontology modelling workshop applications and Palantir Foundry APIs - Solid understanding of data governance data quality and integration best practices - Familiarity with cloud data platforms eg Snowflake AWS Azure and enterprise data architectures - Excellent problemsolving communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience leading technical teams and delivering largescale projects
