As a Consultant/Sr. Consultant in our SAMA AI& Data Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Job Description:

3-8 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in a bank or FinTech

The Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, system design, leadership, team building, and people management. The individual will lead a team of analysts, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the fintech domain.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand Business and Operations critical areas in the area of Banking operation and Processing, analyze and provide a best-fit solution

Review the business requirements and provide a solution

Prepare BRD/ FSD

Be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the functional solution scope

Review design and testing deliverables to ensure completeness of requirements

Prepare test cases and support SIT & UAT

Facilitate training to project stakeholders

Skills:

DOMAIN – Banking / BFSI

Experience in functional requirement elicitation and solution design, documenting use cases/business requirements (BRD), user stories/functional specifications (FSD,FRD), process flow diagrams, interface mapping, UI wireframes, product fitment, gap analysis, requirement traceability, reviewing test case scenarios

In-depth knowledge of system and data analysis, as well as experience with complex business processes.

Experience of working in a complete SDLC - Waterfall and/or Agile models

Proven stakeholder management and direct participation in client requirement gathering, elicitation, functional solution design, and reviews

Agile Software Development, Business Intelligence, FinTech Industry, Project management, Data Analysis, Problem-Solving Attitude.

Good understanding of system design and integration principles.
