VP, Digital Marketing – Drive Scale Website Traffic

We are seeking a visionary digital marketing leader to drive demand, optimize digital growth, and scale website traffic. The successful candidate will orchestrate multi-channel strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and take our website traffic from 100K to 1M+ visitors per month—while accelerating revenue growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and execute B2B demand generation across SEO, paid media, ABM, and digital growth channels.
    • Develop and implement the strategy to scale website traffic to 1M+ visitors per month while maximizing engagement and conversions.
    • Leverage AI-driven marketing and analytics to track performance and optimize pipeline acceleration.
    • Build and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
    • Oversee brand storytelling, content strategy, and thought leadership to enhance visibility and credibility.
Responsibilities
  • Demand Generation & Growth Strategy:
    • Drive pipeline acceleration through SEO, paid media, ABM, and automation.
  • Website Growth & Conversion Optimization:
    • Develop high-impact website strategies, UX/UI improvements, and A/B testing to fuel traffic growth.
  • Marketing Operations & Analytics:
    • Implement AI-driven insights, CRM integrations (HubSpot/Salesforce), and ROI tracking to measure and optimize success.
  • Brand & Communications:
    • Amplify NetCom Learning's brand voice across social media, PR, and influencer marketing.
  • Leadership & Innovation:
    • Stay ahead of AI-driven marketing trends, mentor a high-impact team, and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements
  • The ideal candidate should have expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, ABM, and automation.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing and analytics is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of driving demand generation and scaling website traffic.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills to build and manage a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
