Job Title : Assistant Vendor Manager/Junior Vendor Manager Location:Kolkata Experience:2-6 years Educational Qualification:Any Graduate Industry:Retail and E-CommerceAbout the Company: Our client is among the leading e-commerce marketplace aggregators, offering coverage across various product categories. Along with working closely with well-known brands, the client also aims to support growing brands by providing end-to-end e-commerce services.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Develop and own the strategy and P&L management for assigned categories or brands. Assist in onboarding new brands and managing existing vendor relationships. Address vendor inquiries and ensure a smooth communication process. Support in developing and implementing sales strategies to optimize brand performance. Monitor sales metrics and work on strategies to drive growth. Collaborate with senior team members to track financial performance, analyze profitability, and manage budget allocations. Identify opportunities for brand expansion and growth. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to strategic planning. Engage with internal stakeholders to align goals, report progress, and resolve issues. Foster strong relationships to ensure successful collaboration.Skills :Basic understanding ofe-commerce platforms, particularly, is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Enthusiastic and proactive with a willingness to learn and grow.
