Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Import Sales at our Navi Mumbai location.

- The Manager Import Sales will be responsible for managing import-export operations, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with various stakeholders including ocean freight services, and ensuring efficient, compliant import processes.

- Daily tasks include overseeing import logistics, resolving customer queries, monitoring market trends, and optimizing Experience in managing Import and Export operations

- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure high satisfaction levels

- Knowledge of Ocean freight services and logistics

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field

- Experience in the maritime industry is a plus
