After establishing ourselves online, we are now expanding into the offline retail space, offering customers a hands-on shopping experience with our exclusive collections.Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Salesperson to join our Coitonic offline store team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness & fashion, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving store sales goals.Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist walk-in customers with product selection and styling advice. - Develop in-depth knowledge of Coitonic’s gymwear and activewear collections. - Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets. - Handle billing, transactions, and maintain accurate sales records. - Ensure store cleanliness, merchandising, and visual appeal at all times. - Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. - Support stock management, replenishment, and inventory reporting. - Work closely with the store manager to achieve overall business growth.Requirements- Experience: 1–3 years in retail sales (fashion/apparel/sportswear preferred). - Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-oriented. - Comfortable with POS systems and basic inventory handling. - Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak business hours. - *Need candidate who can join on immediate basses*Perks & Benefits- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing, creative team. - Professional development and learning opportunities. - Salary Range 18K to 22k ( Depend on past experience & Interview )Working Hours10:30 AM to 9:30 PM (Full-day shift)Salary (Depends on interview )Application ProcessTo apply, Send your resume on whatsapp number 8619038864 and a brief portfolioSubject Line: Application – Retail Salesperson
