Job Description:- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst - Associate Manager with 47 years of experience to lead requirement gathering, business process analysis, and solution design initiatives. - The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage stakeholders and mentor junior analysts. Key Skills & Experience Required:- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and technical requirements. - Expertise in functional specifications, use cases, user stories, and process flows. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile (Scrum/Kanban), and Waterfall methodologies. - Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, MS Office Suite. - Hands-on with SQL/Excel for data analysis and reporting. - Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, QlikView) is an advantage. - Experience in domains such as BFSI, IT Services, E-commerce, or Consulting (customize per clients industry). - Ability to conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments. - Exposure to process re-engineering and automation initiatives. - Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Ability to lead small teams of business analysts and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities:- Engage with business stakeholders to understand objectives and gather detailed requirements. - Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and technical specifications. - Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and wireframes as required. - Work closely with product managers, architects, and development teams to ensure requirements are well understood. - Validate solutions against requirements through reviews, UAT planning, and feedback sessions. - Support testing teams by defining acceptance criteria and reviewing test cases. - Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. - Conduct workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder demos. - Manage conflicts, ensure alignment, and track requirement sign-offs. - Mentor and guide junior business analysts. - Contribute to process improvements, templates, and best practices within the BA function. - Assist the project manager in effort estimation, planning, and status reporting. - Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation. - Stay updated with emerging business analysis practices, tools, and technologies.Perks And Benefits For Irisians: At Iris Software, we offer world-class benefits designed to support the financial, health and well-being needs of our associates to help achieve harmony between their professional and personal growth.
