Job Title: Analyst - Graphic Design


Job Location: Delhi (Sultanpur)


Work Type: Work from office

About the Role:


As a Graphic Designer cum Video Editor at Hero Vired, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics and videos that align with our brand and marketing goals. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, as well as a bachelor’s degree in fine arts/visual design (preferred). Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create eye-catching visual content for various marketing materials, including but not limited to Digital Marketing Ads, social media graphics, banners, infographics, and print collateral.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual concepts that convey our brand message effectively.
  • Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent and cohesive look and feel.
  • Edit and enhance video content for marketing campaigns, product demonstrations and other promotional purposes.
  • Add special effects, animations, and transitions to videos to enhance their visual appeal.
  • Ensure that all video content is optimized for various platforms and devices.
  • Design aesthetically pleasing and high-converting landing pages that drive user engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure that landing pages are mobile-responsive and optimized for performance.
  • Create visually stunning brochures that align with our brand identity and marketing goals.
  • Ensure that brochure designs are aesthetically pleasing and effectively communicate key messages.


Software Skills:

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Knowledge of Figma is a plus
  • Experience with InstaPage for creating landing pages and optimizing for lead generation and conversions.
  • Stay updated with the latest design and video editing trends and software updates.


Qualifications for Success:

  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in fine arts/visual design (preferred).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design and video editing projects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator is a must.
