About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team supporting a fast-growing e-commerce platform. In this role, you will lead the development and deployment of intelligent systems that enhance user experience, optimize operations, and drive business growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable ML solutions, leveraging modern agentic frameworks and cloud-native technologies.Please share CV to monica_sharma@hcl-software.com with the below details: Current CTC- Expected CTC- Notice Period- Total Experience-Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python to solve complex business problems in the e-commerce domain. Utilize emerging Agentic & LLM technologies to build intelligent AI applications for search, recommendation, and automation use cases. Implement and fine-tune diffusion models and LLMs using LoRA or other parameter-efficient methods. Utilize Hugging Face Transformers for model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation. Design and develop robust data pipelines to produce cleansed data sets for ML models or RAG pipelines for Agentic models. Optimize model performance and ensure scalability and reliability in a cloud environment. Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices in ML engineering. Stay current with the latest research and trends in machine learning, agentic AI, and cloud technologies.Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in machine learning model development and deployment using Python. Proven experience designing, deploying, and maintaining AI models in a production environment. Hands-on experience with LLMs & Agentic frameworks (e.g. CrewAI, LlamaIndex, LangChain, etc.). Hands-on experience with diffusion models, LoRA fine-tuning, and Hugging Face Transformers. Familiarity with CUDA programming and GPU optimization for ML workloads. Strong understanding of data modeling, feature engineering, and data pipeline design. Experience with at least one Cloud platform (GCP, AWS, Azure). Solid understanding of software engineering principles, version control (Git), and CI/CD practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to address development challenges independently.Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure cloud services (e.g., Azure Blob Storage, Cosmos DB) Experience with Databricks, Spark Experience working with ecommerce data Experience with traditional Python ML frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow, XGBoost, Scikit, etc.) Experience with Orchestration frameworks (e.g. Dagster) Experience writing & maintaining cloud deployment pipelines
