We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Merchandising candidate to join our team at HealthKart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the backend process in merchandising, creating engaging landing pages, developing compelling coupons and offers, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales events, new product launches, and promotional activities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising Management: Oversee the backend process in merchandising, including product selection, pricing, and inventory management to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Landing Page Creation: Develop and maintain visually appealing landing pages that showcase our products and promotions effectively to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Coupon and Offer Creation: Create and manage promotional coupons and offers in the backend system, ensuring accuracy and alignment with marketing strategies.
  • Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate closely with teams across departments such as marketing, product management, and operations to align strategies and timelines for effective execution of merchandising initiatives.
  • Sale Events Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute sale events, including seasonal promotions, flash sales, and special discount campaigns, to drive traffic and sales.
  • New Product Launches: Work closely with product management teams to plan and execute successful launches of new products, ensuring proper merchandising and promotional support.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of merchandising initiatives, landing pages, and promotions using relevant metrics and tools, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.


Candidates should have 1-4 years of experience preferably from E-Commerce/ Internet industry
