The ideal candidate will be responsible for design, development, and support of mainframe applications, with hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade systems.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and maintain mainframe applications using IDMS.- Work with Db2, VSAM, CICS, EasyTrieve, JCL to deliver scalable mainframe solutions.- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance mainframe jobs and applications.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical solutions.- Manage and monitor batch jobs using TWS/OPC scheduler (preferred).- Support production systems, ensuring performance and stability.- Contribute to application modernization and transformation initiatives.Required Skills : - Mandatory : Strong hands-on expertise in IDMS.- Experience with : Db2, VSAM, CICS, EasyTrieve, JCL.- Knowledge of mainframe job schedulers (TWS/OPC) is a plus.- Exposure to Consumer domain projects preferred.- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Relevant experience in large-scale mainframe application development.
