Implement RESTful APIs, and backend components. Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. Problem Solving: Triage complex technical issues and drive them to resolution. Analyse and improve existing codebases and systems. Proactively suggest best practices and solutions to project challenges. Team Leadership & Guidance: Guide and mentor junior developers. Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards and design patterns. Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and Product teams to ensure end-to-end delivery. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams. •. Participate in planning, estimation, and design discussions.
