Key Responsibilities: Conduct soil and water testing; analyze results Plan and manage organic crop cycles from seed to harvest Recommend and apply organic fertilizers and soil amendments Implement organic pest and disease management strategies Oversee daily on-field operations and labor Diagnose crop health issues and provide solutions Manage irrigation scheduling and water usage Maintain farm records and progress reports Train and guide farm staff on organic practices Qualifications: B.Sc. in Agriculture or higher Minimum 4-5 years of experience in organic farming Experience in organic farming preferred Strong knowledge of soil and crop management Good analytical, communication, and team coordination skills Willingness to work independently on-site
