We are seeking a seasoned QA Manager with 5-7 years of experience to lead our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality software products, a deep understanding of QA methodologies, and excellent leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, ensuring they are motivated, skilled, and aligned with project

goals.


- Provide mentorship, coaching, and performance evaluations.


- Develop comprehensive test plans, strategies, and test cases to ensure thorough testing of software products.


- Oversee the execution of test cases, track progress, and identify defects


- Establish and manage a defect tracking process, ensuring timely identification, reporting, and resolution of defects.


- Work closely with development teams to prioritize and address defects.


- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reduce manual testing efforts.


- Identify suitable test cases for automation and develop automated test scripts.


- Track and analyze QA metrics to measure quality, identify trends, and inform decision-making.


- Prepare regular QA reports for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.


- Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.


- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies.


Job Requirements :


Experience : 5-7 years of experience in QA, preferably in a software development environment.


Technical Skills :


- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and defect management processes.


- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit).


- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).


- Familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile Skills :


- Ability to lead and motivate a team of QA engineers.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.


- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


- Relevant QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are a plus.


Additional Skills (Preferred) :


- Experience in testing web applications, mobile apps, or cloud-based systems.


- Knowledge of performance testing and security testing.


- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
