Head of Solutions

Synopsis :

Hurix Digital is a leading EdTech Services B2B firm providing innovative digital content and technology solutions. We are seeking an experienced Head of Solutions to lead our solutioning, presales, and business development efforts.

The Head of Solutions will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated solutions for our clients, particularly in the Communication, Media, and Technology (CMT) sectors. This role involves collaborating with multiple internal teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that align with client needs and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Development:

- Review customer information and external sources to identify potential issues and develop solutions.

- Stay current on the latest technologies and solutions in Business Process Management and Digital CX/Transformation, proposing innovative solutions to complex challenges.

- Define and drive solution direction for prospective business opportunities, developing win themes and strategies.

Presales and Proposal Management:

- Review RFP documents to understand the scope of work and customer needs, developing overarching solutions for proposals.

- Support proactive pitches, client workshops, and proposal defenses.

- Perform effort estimation to determine cost-efficient and effective staffing, technology, and differentiating approaches.

- Develop lifecycle cost comparison models to support decision-making

Client Engagement:

- Communicate solutions with customers, management, and teaming partners through presentations, white papers, meetings, and discussions.

- Assess market trends and capabilities of complementary solutions to enable larger-scale offerings.

A typical day :

- Collaborate with internal teams to design and refine solutions for clients.

- Engage with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.

- Review and respond to RFPs, ensuring high-quality and competitive proposals.

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate the latest innovations into solutions.

- Lead and mentor a team of solution architects and presales professionals.

Essential Skills:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Expertise in Microsoft Office tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

- Strong RFP/Project Management experience.

- High business acumen and experience in developing business solutions and cost-value calculations.

- Strong presentation, tactical, and strategic decision-making skills.

- Research capabilities with the ability to tie research to solution strategies.

- Team management and design thinking experience.

- 12 to 15 years of experience in BPM or consulting.

- Preferably located in Mumbai, Pune, or Chennai.

Desired Skills:

- Prior experience in setting up operations in Tier 1 / Tier 2 cities in India.

- Proven track record in business development within the CMT sector, including areas such as delivery support, digital marketing, and sales operations.

- Expertise in constructing economic models for various operational structures (e.g., BOO, BOT, Captive, Re-badged, Gig-workforce operations).

- Experience in setting up operations for gig-workforce models.

Reporting Relationship:

Reports directly to the CEO
