We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have stronganalytical skills, a good grasp of telecom domain metrics, and the ability to transform data intoactionable insights.You'll be Responsible for:Report Automation: Develop and maintain automated reports using SQL, Advanced Excel, and other tools to streamline reporting processes.Telecom Metrics Analysis: Analyse telecom domain metrics to provide actionable insights and support business decisions.Data Visualisation: Create dashboards and visualisations to track key performance indicators and trends.Statistical Analysis: Apply basic statistical methods to analyse data and identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.Stakeholder Communication: Present data findings and insights to stakeholders through storytelling techniques, ensuring clarity and understanding.Skills & Competencies:Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Advanced Excel, and data visualization tools.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings effectively.Domain Knowledge: Understanding of telecom domain metrics and key performance indicators.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.3–5 years of experience in an MIS Analyst role, preferably in the telecomWhy Join Us?
