The Recruiting Intern will assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including identifying potential candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. The intern will support training sessions, maintain communication with candidates, and liaise with hiring teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes. This role provides valuable exposure to recruitment operations and offers an opportunity to develop essential skills in talent acquisition.QualificationsProficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processesStrong Communication skills, both written and verbal (English, Hindi Mandatory, 3rd Language an added plus)Experience or interest in Training and onboarding activitiesAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentMBA in Human Resources or related fieldShould have great grasping & self starting capabilitiesWork From Office Role, 6 day work week
