Key Development & Revenue Generation
- Proactively target and solicit group/catering accounts with significant revenue potential.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve property and personal revenue goals.
- Partner with on-property teams to manage opportunities and deliver successful event experiences.
- Respond to and manage all group/catering leads not handled by the EBC.
- Close the best-fit business opportunities based on market conditions and property needs.
- Design and sell creative and customized catered event packages.
- Maximize revenue through strategic upselling of food, beverage, and event services.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands to inform sales strategies.
Customer Service Excellence
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and engagement.
- Ensure exceptional service delivery from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up.
- Understand customer needs and align property services to exceed expectations.
- Execute brand standards to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Represent the brand at sales calls, trade shows, client events, and community networking Management
- Collaborate with off-property sales teams (e.g., Market Sales, Strategic Accounts) to coordinate efforts.
- Leverage sales resources and support staff to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Foster relationships with internal departments and key stakeholders for seamless event & Operational Excellence
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs for prospective clients.
- Generate proposals, negotiate terms, and create contracts for confirmed bookings.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, requirements, and preferences.
- Utilize internal systems and platforms to track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics.
Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
- MBA is preffered
