Guidewire PolicyCenter Developer

Job Description: We are looking for a skilledGuidewire PolicyCenter Developerto join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience inGuidewire PolicyCenter configuration and integration , along with a solid understanding of theinsurance domainandsoftware development best practices .Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement solutions usingGuidewire PolicyCenterframework. Work onconfiguration, integration, and customizationof PolicyCenter modules. Develop and maintainGosu scripts , business rules, and workflows as per project requirements. Integrate PolicyCenter with external systems usingGuidewire APIs, web services, and messaging . Collaborate closely withbusiness analysts, QA, and other developersto ensure high-quality deliverables. Participate incode reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning . Provide technical support duringUAT and production deployment . Stay updated with the latestGuidewire product versions, tools, and best practices .Required Skills and Experience: 5+ yearsof total IT experience, with at least2 years of hands-on experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter . Strong proficiency inGosu programmingandJava . Experience inGuidewire configuration (PCF, Data Model, Business Rules) . Good understanding ofGuidewire Integration mechanisms(Plugins, Messaging, Web Services). Experience withGuidewire Studio ,GUnit , andGOSU Debugging tools . Familiarity withinsurance business processes , especially Policy lifecycle management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Preferred Qualifications: Guidewire Certificationin PolicyCenter (Configuration or Integration Specialist). Experience working in anAgile/Scrumenvironment. Knowledge ofGuidewire Cloud Platformwill be an added advantage.
