As part of our next growth phase, we're looking for a Team Lead – App Development (Flutter) who can also contribute to our web frontend evolution.

What You'll Do:

·      Lead and manage the mobile app team, building and maintaining apps using Flutter.

·      Drive the mobile development lifecycle — from architecture and coding to release and support.

·      Collaborate with backend developers working on a Laravel (PHP) framework.

·      Support the web frontend transition from Blade (Laravel) to React, working closely with the design and dev teams.

·      Handle app deployment and compliance across multiple territories, under the same product and various white-labeled names.

·      Implement and maintain smooth CI/CD pipelines and version control with Git.

·      Ensure compliance with App Store and Play Store policies.

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of mobile app development experience

Strong hands-on expertise in Flutter & Dart

Experience leading or mentoring a development team

Familiar with Laravel (PHP) backend systems

Ability to collaborate on React-based frontend migration

Proficient in Git and setting up CI/CD pipelines

Solid understanding of App Store & Play Store submission processes

Experience managing multi-region and white-labeled app deployments

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

·      Experience with React or any frontend JavaScript frameworks

·      Exposure to healthcare, compliance-driven, or enterprise-level apps

·      Previous experience working with international teams
