Lead TIBCO Developer

Hyderabad, India (Onsite)


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced TIBCO BusinessWorks Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in integration technologies, with expertise in designing and developing solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks.

As a TIBCO BusinessWorks Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of integration developers, architecting integration solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.


Responsibilities:

Lead a team of integration developers in the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks.

Architect end-to-end integration solutions based on business requirements and technical specifications.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define integration patterns, and design scalable and reliable solutions.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and performance of integration solutions.

Define and implement deployment strategies, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Stay up-to-date with the latest TIBCO technologies and industry trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

10+ years of experience in designing and developing integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks.

Strong understanding of integration patterns, message formats (XML, JSON), and protocols (HTTP, SOAP, REST).

Hands-on experience with TIBCO 5X, 6X, TIBCO ActiveMatrix, TIBCO EMS, and other TIBCO products is a plus.

Experience with other integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or IBM Integration Bus is desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

TIBCO certification(s) is a plus.
