You will be a key player in our engineering team, responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling our user-facing applications. The ideal candidate is not just a coder but a problem-solver who understands the nuances of creating seamless, performant, and maintainable user Responsibilities : - Development & Implementation : Develop new user-facing features using React.js and build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.- Architecture & Design : Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, responsive code. Participate in architectural decisions and advocate for best practices.- Performance & Optimization : Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues, ensuring a smooth user experience across all devices and browsers.- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.- Code Quality : Write clean, documented, and testable code. Conduct code reviews to maintain high development standards and mentor junior State Management : Expertly manage application state using modern tools like Redux (with Redux Toolkit), Context API, React Query, or similar.- Testing : Implement and maintain a robust testing strategy using frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library to ensure application Modern Tooling : Utilize and improve the front-end build and deployment pipeline using tools like Webpack, Vite, Babel, NPM, & Must-Have Skills : - 5+ years of professional frontend development Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles (e.g., hooks, functional components, virtual DOM).
