Location – Mumbai / Pune / Hyderabad / Chennai / Bangalore / Noida / Kolkata / Coimbatore

Notice Period - Immediate to 60 Days only

Job Summary

We are looking for AI Scientist to join our growing Enterprise AI team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to address complex business challenges and drive innovation within the organization.


Role & responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement advanced AI models including Language models to address various business challenges and improve existing processes.
  • Conduct research on the latest advancements in generative artificial intelligence, machine learning, deep learning, and related technologies, and incorporate those findings into the development of innovative AI solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality AI models.
  • Evaluate and improve the performance of existing AI models, ensuring they meet the desired accuracy and efficiency levels.
  • Able to operationalize and monitor AI models in production to identify areas for improvement and optimize model performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior AI scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.


Requirements:

  • Overall 13+ years of experience, with minimum 8+ in the Area of AI
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence techniques, algorithms, and frameworks.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models, with a focus on machine learning and deep learning applications.
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R programming, or C++, and experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark, Dask, Ray etc.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present complex technical concepts to non-experts.
  • A track record of staying current with the latest advancements in AI and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
