Key Responsibilities:


  • Design Fundamentals: Demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
  • Creative Development: Produce high-quality creative assets, including social media posts, brochures, and other marketing materials, that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
  • Ad Creation: Design eye-catching and effective ads for social media platforms, ensuring they drive engagement and meet campaign goals.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize advanced skills in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, and AI tools like DALL·E, MidJourney, and Adobe AI to create innovative designs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas that elevate brand presence.
  • Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
  • Agency Experience: Prior experience working in an ad agency is a plus, providing insight into fast-paced environments and diverse client needs.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an ad agency.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Canva, and AI tools like DALL·E, MidJourney, and Adobe AI.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including social media graphics, advertisements, and brochures.
