Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
  • Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Work with large datasets to analyse, pre-process, and transform data for model training and evaluation.
  • Deploy models into production environments, ensuring robust integration with existing systems.
  • Implement continuous monitoring and maintenance strategies to ensure the long-term success of AI/ML models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data engineering, and software development, to define project requirements and deliverables·
  • Conduct research to explore new AI/ML techniques and methodologies.
  • Prototype innovative solutions and evaluate their feasibility for business applications.
  • Contribute to the development of AI/ML best practices and share knowledge across the organization.
  • Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers to deliver high-quality AI/ML solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

 

Qualification and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of practical experience in AI/ML development, with proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
  • Proven experience in leading AI/ML projects from concept to deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI/ML services.
