Role : Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Developer, youll own both front-end and back-end development, building optimized, scalable systems that power AI-driven engagement. Youll collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless integrations, fast performance, and innovative features for clients.

What Youll Do :

- Develop and maintain optimized JavaScript tags for client websites

- Ensure smooth integration and efficient performance of dynamic content

- Minimize payloads and execution time for faster page loads

- Design and maintain caching mechanisms to meet strict SLAs

- Build and maintain backend services for data processing and retrieval from vector databases

- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product stakeholders

What Were Looking For :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 4+ years of experience as a Full Stack or Front-End Developer

- Expertise in front-end frameworks : React, Angular, or Vue.js

- Strong knowledge of back-end technologies : Node.js, Express, or similar

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

What Would Be Awesome (Nice to Have) :

- Experience with B2B tools or SaaS products

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and front-end/back-end integrations

- Knowledge of modern build tools and Git

- Experience with database management (vector databases a plus)
