In this role, you'll work with a specific team within this organization to drive related technical & product strategy, operations, architecture, and execution for one of the largest sites in the world.Poster Experience specifically focuses on the user journey, which is the main source of user content for the product. We aim to make it easier, faster, and smarter to create and participate in conversations, and we drive several core product metrics for the entire ecosystem.This specific role will involve migrating legacy Python microservice code to one or more existing Go microservices. Successful candidates have prior experience in these migrations at large scale (think millions of actions per day) and understand how to instrument and monitor their code for parity and consistency during rollout.Job Description:Job Title: AI Data LabelerLocation: Pan IndiaExperience: 3+ yrs.Employment Type: Contract to hireWork Mode: RemoteNotice Period: - Immediate joinersRoles and Responsibilities:Proven experience in technical writing, content creation, curriculum design, or AI data labeling/review.Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into core logical components.Mastery of synthesis: demonstrated ability to accurately and concisely combine information from multiple, potentially conflicting, sources.Meticulous attention to detail - for generating both high-quality questions and error-free, comprehensive Ground Truth answers.Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and the common failure modes (e.g., hallucination, superficial answers, lack of depth).Ability to strictly adhere to complex guidelines and quality control standards.
