ISAM Administrator

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our team in Noida.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and managing IAM solutions, specifically with IBM technologies.

You will be responsible for the design, deployment, and maintenance of our IAM infrastructure, ensuring secure access to our systems and applications.

Your expertise in ISAM, ISDS, IBM WAS, and automation tools will be critical to maintaining our security posture.

Responsibilities :

IAM Solution Implementation and Management :

- Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).

- Deploy and maintain IBM Security Directory Server (ISDS).

- Work with IBM WebSphere Application Server (IBM WAS) in the context of IAM solutions.

- Ensure the stability, security, and performance of the IAM infrastructure.

Automation and Scripting :

- Utilize Ansible and other scripting languages to automate IAM tasks and processes.

- Develop and maintain scripts for system administration, user management, and other IAM-related activities.

Security and Compliance :

- Implement and maintain security policies and procedures related to identity and access management.

- Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.

- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues within the IAM environment.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with other teams, including security operations, application development, and infrastructure teams.

- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Document IAM processes and configurations.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4 to 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

- Hands-on experience with IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM).

- Experience with IBM Security Directory Server (ISDS).

- Familiarity with IBM WebSphere Application Server (IBM WAS).

- Experience with automation tools, particularly Ansible.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g, Python, Bash).

- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus) :

- Certifications related to IAM or IBM technologies.

- Experience with other IAM platforms.

- Knowledge of federation and SSO technologies.

- Experience with cloud-based IAM solutions
