Job Summary:
The Account Manager - Recruitment will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding hiring requirements, delivering exceptional recruitment solutions, and driving revenue growth. This role demands expertise in talent acquisition, strategic account management, and building strong partnerships with clients in the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs and hiring goals.
- Provide regular updates and strategic advice to clients on recruitment plans and market trends.
- Recruitment Delivery:
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of top-quality candidates.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requirement gathering, candidate sourcing, screening, and placement.
- Ensure adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
- Account Growth & Revenue Generation:
- Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts by upselling services or expanding engagement.
- Drive revenue through proactive account management and exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with the business development team to onboard new clients.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with recruitment consultants, sourcing teams, and other stakeholders to meet hiring goals.
- Train and mentor team members to achieve performance metrics.
- Market Intelligence:
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment strategies, and India’s talent market dynamics.
- Provide insights and recommendations to clients to optimize recruitment strategies.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, candidate status, and recruitment metrics.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance and recruitment activities.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the India recruitment market and hiring practices.
- Proven experience in account management and client servicing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and requirements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and CRM platforms.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting targets and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4-7 years of experience in recruitment, account management, or a similar role, preferably within the India market.
- Familiarity with various industries, including IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc.
