Learn more at: www.schbang.comPosition OverviewThe Operations Intern will support the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of internal training activities. This role involves managing schedules, ensuring communication flow, maintaining trackers, and assisting in preparing training-related materials.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating internal training sessions.Send training invites, reminders, and updates via calendar/email.Track attendance and gather participant feedback.Support in preparing post-session reports and insights.Format and curate presentations, invites, and learning materials.Maintain trackers for sessions, attendance, and feedback.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless training execution.Provide operational support in day-to-day tasks as required.Skills & QualificationsStrong communication and coordination skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Calendar).Basic familiarity with Canva (for minor edits/designs).Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work independently.Internship DetailsDuration: 3-5 monthsStipend: ₹10,000 per monthHow to ApplyInterested candidates can send their CV to krishna.joshi@schbang.com.
