- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Compensation Lead based in Pune.

- The Senior Sales Compensation Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing sales compensation programs.

- The role involves analyzing sales performance, managing compensation budgets, collaborating with various departments to align compensation strategies, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
