Position Title : SAP Functional Consultant.

Location : Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneswar, Mumbai.

Position Type : Full time.

Required Experience : 6+ Years.

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Functional Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end SAP implementation processes, including Requirement Clarification, SRB, FUT, SIT, UAT, Deployment, and Hypercare Support.

The consultant will work on one or more critical SAP modules such as OTC (Order-to-Cash), RTR (Record-to-Report), IBP (Integrated business planning) , CM (Change Management) ,GRS (Goods Receipt/Shipment, and RACA (Core DB, CC 2022), MM (Material Management).

Key Responsibilities :

- End-to-End Implementation : Manage the full lifecycle of SAP implementation projects, including gathering business requirements, creating functional specifications, and conducting testing phases (FUT, SIT, UAT).

- Requirements Clarification : Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of the project's goals and scope.

- Solution Design & SRB (Solution Review Board) : Lead design and architecture reviews, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Testing (FUT, SIT, UAT) : Coordinate and execute Functional Unit Testing (FUT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Deployment & Hypercare : Lead the deployment phase and provide Hypercare support post-go-live to ensure smooth transition and adoption.

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for one or more of the following SAP modules :

- IBP (Integrated business planning).

- OTC (Order-to-Cash).

- R2R (Record-to-Report).

- CM (Change Management).

- RACA (Core DB, CC 2022).

- MM (Material Management).

- Issue Resolution : Provide troubleshooting, problem resolution, and root cause analysis for issues during the implementation and support phases.

- Documentation : Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides.

Skill set required :

- Experience in requirement gathering, Solution designing and classification.

- SRB approval : Resolution planning report.

- FSD (Functional Specification doc).

- Experience working collaboratively with the ABAP development team.

- Cross function working experience (Middleware).

- Should have production deployment experience.

- Post production support (1 month duration).
