About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced .NET Full-Stack Architect to join our dynamic team. As a key player, you will be responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining web applications and infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms. Your focus will be to ensure the solutions are scalable, secure, and performant while meeting both user needs and business objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to create impactful applications.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

- Experience:

- 5+ years as a .NET Architect or Senior Developer.

- Proven track record in designing and implementing full-stack solutions.

- Experience as Team Lead/Architect in Agile teams.


- Technical Expertise:

- .NET Core (3.1+), .NET Framework (5.x), and C 5.0 expertise.

- ReactJS (v18) experience – Hands-on expertise is mandatory.

- Familiarity with ASP.NET technologies:

- ASP.NET MVC, WebAPI, and Web Forms.

- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture.

- Database knowledge: SQL Server / Oracle.

- Hands-on with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.


- Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Experience in client-facing communication and stakeholder management.

Desired Skills:

- Healthcare application development experience is a plus.

- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

- Understanding of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.

- Familiarity with multi-cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is advantageous.

Educational Qualifications:

- Engineering Degree – BE, BTech, BCS, or equivalent.

- Technical certifications across multiple technologies are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

As a .NET Full-Stack Architect, your role will involve leading the development of healthcare applications and ensuring alignment with best architectural standards. Your core responsibilities include:


Architecture & Development

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud architectures.

- Lead the development of microservices-based architectures using .NET and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Translate business requirements into technically sound solutions by collaborating with product managers, developers, and DevOps teams.

- Evaluate cloud technologies and services based on performance, integration, and cost.


Agile Team Collaboration

- Stay on top of team deliverables, ensuring timely completion of sprint tasks.

- Take ownership of assigned stories/tasks and coordinate with the team to meet sprint goals.

- Collaborate with team members through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.

- Participate actively in sprint planning and follow SCRUM rituals.


Infrastructure Management & Security

- Automate infrastructure provisioning with tools like Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.

- Implement robust security measures to protect cloud environments and adhere to compliance standards.

- Monitor and optimize the performance of applications and infrastructure for seamless operations.


Continuous Learning & Mentorship

- Stay updated with emerging trends in .NET, cloud technologies, and multi-cloud strategies.

- Mentor and guide team members to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
