Care Group of Institutions is seeking a College Bus Driver for a Full-Time position in Tiruchirappalli. The role is mid-level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of driving experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of students and faculty, ensuring timely arrivals at their destinations.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have defensive driving skills (Mandatory skill) to ensure safety on the road at all times.

  • Create and maintain a positive and conducive atmosphere for students during their commute.
  • Report any operational issues or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate authorities or maintenance team.
  • Ensure the bus is clean and presentable at all times for the comfort of all passengers.
  • Coordinate with school administration to communicate transportation-related changes or issues effectively.
  • Respond quickly to emergencies or disruptions, ensuring student safety is prioritized at all times.
