Job Description :

As Head of Engineering,- you'll own our technology strategy and vision.

- You will be directly reporting to the CTO and will be the engineering leader for the entire product portfolio at Amura.

- You'll lead a team of talented engineers to architect, build and maintain the product while also working very closely with the founders to drive the product vision.

- We expect a strong engineering background, proven leadership experience, high attention to detail & being results-oriented.

- Problem-solving- skills and data-driven decision making will be appreciated.

- Additionally, you will need to mentor your team of talented- engineers- and inspire them to be better :

- Inspire, lead and grow a team of software engineers & developers.

- Manage product milestones, deployment cycles & overall product roadmap.

- Technical Leadership for product and across all engineering requirements at Amura.

- Collaborate closely with the management to understand & drive the product vision.

- Maintain Code Quality, Implement Standards & Improve overall understanding.

- Continuously improve software engineering practices

- Lead the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions

- Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, experiment with and learn new technologies, participate in internal & external technology communities, and mentor other members of the engineering community

- Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity

Amura has two key products in sales, marketing & advertising automation domains.

Sell.Do, our sales & marketing automation product, is being used by over 500 businesses globally and helps our customers combine their marketing & sales data, aiding quick decision making.

With newer features like Intelligent Recommendations, we are trying to leverage Machine Learning, combining it with business knowledge; to help our clients market smarter & sell faster.

Advertise.Do again leverages ML & data from various sources (Adwords, FB, Web Analytics, CRMS) to set up highly optimised digital campaigns for our customers.
