EESG Analyst

Role Overview:

We are seeking a self-motivated and result-oriented research analyst to join our EESG (Environment, Energy, Social and Governance) Division. This role will be primarily focusing and supporting on design and development of client’s EESG Management Systems, Standardization, Data Management and its analysis, Documentation / Reports and its automation, training etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: creating forms, Structure, mapping and analysis of EESG related data like; Environmental Aspect and impact including carbon footprint, HSE, Energy review and related SEU’s, Performance Indicators, estimation, baselining, and normalization etc.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and create EESG risk master data, it’s controls, assessment and mitigation strategies as per National / International best practices / regulations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare smart, comprehensive EESG reports and documents / SOP’s / OCP’s etc. and upload on DMS tool.
• Training & Workshops: Create and organize industry specific content / data for various training modules for EESG related National / International standards, models and frameworks.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / master's degree in science, Engineering, Energy, Environment,

Sustainability, or a related field.

Professional Qualifications:

• Must have knowledge of various EESG standards, models and frameworks
• Knowledge and experience of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064, ISO 20121 etc…
• Certified Lead Auditor / lead implementor in any of ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ISO 14064.

Experience:

• Min. 1+ year of professional experience in EESG consulting / auditing / or research.

Skills:

• Proficiency in using G Suite, including Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Google Forms, as well as the MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advance knowledge in Excel/ Google Sheets.
• Good communication skills
• Proficiency in English (Oral & Writing)
