Candidates with strong communication skills, stable career history, and willingness to worknight shiftsare encouraged to apply.Project start date: 1st February— we aim to onboard selected candidatesbefore this date .Key Responsibilities (All Levels)Manage end-to-endbilling operations , invoicing, and financial documentation. Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure billing accuracy and timely delivery. Validate billing data, monitor discrepancies, and support financial reporting. Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the billing function. Maintain high standards of compliance and documentation integrity.Eligibility & Requirements Excellent communication skills(written & spoken). No frequent job changes— stable career background preferred. Strong analytical ability and attention to detail. Flexibility to workfull-time night shifts . Graduation in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar (preferred but not mandatory for some roles). Candidates should be willing torelocate to Bangalore .Compensation & Hike Rule As a standard,CTC includes up to a 30% hike . Higher hikes are consideredonly for exceptional, top-tier candidates .Relocation Support Relocation benefitsmay be offeredfor higher levels (ICM 10 & ICM 9), butcannot be guaranteedand will be assessed case by case.Employee Benefits Free cab servicefor night-shift employees. For other shifts, cab cost is approx.₹1,400/month(deducted from salary).
