The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid media, analyzing campaign performance, and driving ROI through data-led decisions.Key Responsibilities• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels• Monitor and manage budget allocation, performance metrics, and ROI• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and optimize creatives and ad copies• Collaborate with design and content teams to improve ad performance• Analyze data and prepare detailed campaign performance reports• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketingRequirements• Minimum 4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools• Proven track record in scaling user acquisition and reducing CAC• Experience with fintech or app-based marketing is mandatory.• Strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills• Work Mode: Onsite – Bangalore
