Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features- Ensure code quality with best practices and thorough testing- Participate in system design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityRequired Skills : - 2.4 to 6 years of professional experience in backend development- Strong programming skills in either : 1. Java & Spring Boot, OR 2. Python & Django / Flask- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong command over Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)- Experience in High-Level System Design (HLD)- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture- Experience working in a product-based company environment is preferredAdditional Requirements : - Immediate joiners or candidates currently serving notice period from product-based companies preferred- Good communication and teamwork skills (ref:hirist.tech)
