Our SaaS-based composable automation platform empowers customers to orchestrate, manage, and monitor workflows across any application, service, or server in the cloud or on premises with confidence and control.What Youll Do :- Architect and develop enterprise-grade services using Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Hibernate.- Design and optimize highly available, high-throughput systems for file transfer and data processing.- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and integration endpoints for enterprise customers.- Implement security best practices across authentication, authorization, and encryption.- Contribute to React-based front-end development for admin and monitoring interfaces.- Use Docker and Kubernetes to build and deploy cloud-native services.- Translate product requirements into scalable technical designs.- Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement.- Participate in roadmap discussions, technical strategy, and innovation initiatives.What Were Looking For :- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.- 7+ years of experience building and shipping production software in Java/Spring ecosystems.- Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud deployment.- Deep understanding of secure protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS) or willingness to master them.- Solid experience with SQL and relational data modeling; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus.- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent).- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible) a plus.- Strong foundation in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Proficiency with unit and integration testing frameworks.- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.Bonus Points :- Prior experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).- Exposure to React for UI development.- Hands-on experience with secure file transfer protocols and enterprise security software.
