With Zluri, organisations automate compliance readiness and ensure that the right people have the right access to the right applications at the right time, with minimal time and manual effort.Responsibilities: Own and deliver modules end-to-end— from design and coding to deployment and monitoring. Drive technical decisionsand influence architecture to ensure high scalability, reliability, and performance. Collaborate closely withPMs, QAs, and cross-functional teamsto ensure smooth delivery and knowledge sharing. Mentor junior engineers , review code, and set best practices for design, coding, and testing. Identify gaps in systems and processes, propose improvements, andset up workflowsto scale the engineering team.Requirements:Must Have 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining complex applications in production environments. Deep knowledge ofdatabases—NoSQLorrelational , with solid data modelling experience. Solid understanding ofsystem design, object-oriented design, and design patterns . Should be able todesign small systems/servicesindependently. Experiencedebugging, profiling, and scaling high-performance applications . Strong problem-solving skills, able to handle ambiguity, and break down complex issues. Have worked at a product-based company. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Good to Have Experience withNode.jsorReact.js . Prior hands-on work withMongoDB .
