Vice President, Public RelationsAbout the Role

As Vice President of Public Relations, you'll be at the forefront of shaping our global voice—crafting compelling narratives, leading integrated PR campaigns, and driving brand visibility for ONER and its partners across the Web3, crypto, and financial innovation landscape.

You will be responsible for managing strategic communications programs, elevating our public profile, and building trust with communities, partners, and global media. This role is a unique blend of strategic leadership, creative storytelling, and team empowerment, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments.

What You'll Be DoingStrategic Communications & PR Leadership
  • Own and develop integrated PR and brand communications strategies for ONER and its clients—focused on increasing visibility, awareness, and user acquisition.
  • Lead external communications planning, including thought leadership, media relations, public speaking, and industry positioning.
  • Serve as primary contact for key accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and excellence in execution.
  • Collaborate across departments—Product, Marketing, Executive Leadership—to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business goals.
Client & Media Engagement
  • Build and manage strong relationships with senior media, analysts, and thought leaders in crypto, fintech, and global finance.
  • Lead strategic planning and delivery for client campaigns, driving measurable outcomes and visibility across channels.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality communications, client-ready materials, and insights, aligning strategy with execution.
  • Drive data-informed storytelling, proactively identifying trends and moments to insert ONER into cultural and industry conversations.
Team & Talent Development
  • Lead and inspire high-performing communications teams, both directly and indirectly.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and growth opportunities for junior staff and cross-functional collaborators.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and innovation—supporting employees with clear expectations, ongoing feedback, and career development planning.
  • Oversee hiring and staffing decisions, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition and development.
Operational Excellence
  • Define KPIs, measure campaign impact, and report results to leadership.
  • Scope and manage budgets, staffing plans, and project timelines for communications initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to company-wide financial, operational, and quality standards.
  • Identify new opportunities for organic growth, cross-functional integration, and external partnerships.
What We Look for in YouMust-Have
  • 12+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or brand reputation management.
  • Proven success managing high-profile PR campaigns and strategic communications for dynamic organizations.
  • Exceptional project management and leadership skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; a compelling storyteller and trusted advisor to senior executives.
  • Business acumen and experience partnering with cross-functional leaders to align PR goals with broader company strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead teams, giving clear feedback and supporting growth.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience in a multinational organization, particularly U.S.-based or globally distributed.
  • Familiarity or passion for crypto, Web3, blockchain, or digital finance.
  • Previous experience working with or within decentralized organizations, startups, or mission-driven teams.
