The PPC Specialist will manage ad accounts, build and optimize campaigns, analyze performance data, and develop strategies to improve key metrics. Day-to-day tasks include researching keywords, configuring tracking, writing ad copy, setting up targeting parameters, and reporting on campaign performance. The specialist will also collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment on marketing goals.What You’ll DoPlan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads & Meta AdsManage all key campaign types (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Video, Remarketing)Handle multiple clients (local and international) with different goals/KPIsResearch competitors and prepare ad copy & banner copy based on insightsSet up conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) or direct site backendManage GA4 reporting and provide clear client-focused insightsWork with Google Merchant Center for e-commerce clientsCreate and optimize lead-gen and e-commerce strategiesStay proactive with client requests and maintain fast, clear communicationUse AI tools smartly to increase speed and efficiencyKeep learning—PPC is changing daily, so adaptability is keyQualificationsGoogle Ads & Meta Ads – hands-on campaign management experienceGA4 – confident in setup and reportingGTM – able to create tags/events for conversion trackingGoogle Merchant Center – knowledge of product feed setup and troubleshootingStrong understanding of campaign types and when to use themAbility to perform competitor ad research and translate into creative ideasExperience preparing ad copy & creative briefsAbility to handle multiple clients and prioritize workloadComfortable working with local and international clientFocused on client goals and business outcomesProactive mindset – quick to spot issues and suggest improvementsOpen to continuous learning as PPC platforms evolve8 hours/day availability with time tracking enabledWhat You GetWork with international clients and real advertising budgetsClear growth path with salary increases after initial monthsOpportunity to earn more as you manage more clientsRegular feedback and training to help you grow fast
