Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with 5+ years of expertise in full-cycle recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing top talent, managing multiple requisitions, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding for a variety of roles, with a focus on technical, operational, and leadership positions.
  • Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Utilize multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to source and engage high-quality candidates, building a robust talent pipeline.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including resume screenings, interviews, and skill evaluations to identify top talent.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Offer Management: Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations throughout the process to ensure successful hires.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive market analysis to advise hiring managers.
  • ATS Management: Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for efficient recruitment workflows and candidate tracking.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on IT, technical, or specialized roles
  • Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, Boolean search, and social media recruiting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment with a proactive approach
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment management software
  • Proven success in closing difficult-to-fill positions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)
