Collaborate in Agile environments utilizing the Scrum framework, participating in ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing timely project status updates and escalating critical issues as needed. Work closely with team members to share knowledge and improve testing strategies. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports. Perform both UI and API testing to validate software functionality and performance.Technical Requirements: Proficiency in either TypeScript, JavaScript, or Python for test automation. Familiarity with Page Object Model (POM) design for test automation. Experience with test automation frameworks such as PyTest or Cypress/Playwright, ensuring the development of simple and reusable automated tests. Strong debugging skills using browser developer tools, DataDog, and other diagnostic methods. Ability to work independently and proactively seek out necessary information. Hands-on experience with Linux and the command line. Comfortable leveraging AI tools like Copilot or Gemini to enhance coding efficiency. Nice to have: Experience in the health tech industry.
