Job Summary:
- As a Senior ABM Manager, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and converting high-value B2B accounts that align with our ideal customer profile.
- This is a strategic, hands-on role requiring strong experience in sourcing leads, orchestrating personalized outreach, create personalized demos, nurturing enterprise prospects through multichannel campaigns and convert them into paying customers.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams including pre-sales, sales, product, and digital marketing to design and execute entire ABM sales that drive pipeline acceleration and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Targeting & Sourcing.
- Source high-quality leads using tools like Zoom Info, Apollo.io, Clay, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc.
- Enrich contact and company data to build a high-potential ABM target list.
Outreach & Campaign Execution.
- Plan and execute personalized email sequences, LinkedIn campaigns, and multi-touch outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor messaging based on industry, buyer persona, and customer pain points.
Pipeline Generation & Revenue Enablement:
- Own the end-to-end funnel for ABM from account engagement to qualification of SQL to proposal building to following up.
- Drive outreach strategies that result in booked meetings, demos, and high-quality pipeline.
Performance Measurement & Optimization:
- Track ABM campaign performance using CRM and analytics tools; report on KPIs like weekly outreach volume, meeting/demo rate, Demo to conversion rate, and sales conversion cycle.
- Continuously A/B test messaging, sequences, and offers to optimize response and conversion rates.
- Analyze buying signals and intent data to prioritize high-potential accounts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in an ABM or outbound demand generation role.
- Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and converting B2B software clients, preferably in AgriTech or SaaS.
- Deep familiarity with ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, Clay, and email marketing & automation platforms (like Lemlist, Instantly, Mailshake, or HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of account intelligence, lead scoring, and ICP development.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and personalization skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
