Job Description:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Leader to oversee project delivery for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform engagements.- The ideal candidate will bring exceptional delivery practices, ensure client satisfaction, and drive delivery-led growth across a portfolio of customers and accounts.- This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage implementation and managed services projects while ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.Key Delivery Excellence:- Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.- Implement and refine delivery frameworks and methodologies to drive efficiency and consistency across projects.- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.Client Engagement & Thought Leadership:- Develop and execute a framework for regular engagement with customers to share thought leadership and industry insights.- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with their business goals.- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform for business transformation.Portfolio Management:- Manage a portfolio of customers and accounts, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives.- Track and report on project performance, revenue, and margins across the portfolio.- Collaborate with account teams to identify opportunities for delivery-led growth.Delivery-Led Growth:- Drive growth within accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on delivery outcomes.- Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to align delivery capabilities with customer needs.
