Position Overview: As a Junior Architect at Hicube Designs, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with senior architects and designers to contribute creative ideas, develop designs, and produce high-quality architectural documentation. Key Responsibilities:


  1. Assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, including drafting sketches, renderings, and models.
  2. Collaborate with senior architects to translate design concepts into detailed drawings and construction documents.
  3. Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and feasibility of designs.
  4. Participate in site visits and surveys to assess existing conditions and support the design process.
  5. Contribute to design presentations and client meetings, effectively communicating ideas and solutions.
  6. Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce architectural drawings and presentations.
  7. Support project coordination and management tasks, including document organization, scheduling, and client communication.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in architectural drafting and design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for design innovation.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
  • Previous internship or work experience in an architectural firm is a plus.
