Our manufacturing processes utilize advanced machinery and a skilled workforce for precision in all industrial activities.Location: Ambernath, MaharashtraRole Description- Ensure compliance with labor laws, including the Minimum Wage Act, Bonus Act, and other applicable regulations. - Maintain harmonious industrial relations in the factory and provide regular feedback to management. - Ensure employee insurance coverage (Medical Insurance, Group Insurance, ESIC, etc.) for both permanent and temporary employees. - Manage recruitment of permanent and contract workers, attendance tracking, wage calculation, and enforcement of discipline. - Lead motivational activities on the shop floor and support the creation of a positive and engaging workplace environment. - Oversee plant administration functions, including: - Plant security management - Deployment of safety equipment on the shop floor - Housekeeping contract management and ensuring proper maintenance of factory and office premises - Canteen management (food quality, hygiene, cost control, discipline, timings) - Pantry management - Company car pool management - Upkeep of office furniture.The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, managing a workforce of 200+ employees, and hold an MBA in HR with a specialization in Industrial Relations.
